About this course

The Corporate SkillsLABs are 2-days-long Medical Education events that take place in Verona, Italy.
This course is an advanced level course, addressing the needs of experienced Surgeons with hip surgery, looking for an in-depth knowledge of primary hip arthroplasty surgeries providing the surgeons solutions on bone preservation.
A good understanding of anatomy and pathology is a prerequisite to take full benefit of this course. Attendees will get the opportunity to perform hip surgeries in the lab, under the support of a worldclass faculty.

The first day of the course is dedicated to theoretical presentations, clinical cases presentations and debate with the faculty. The topics covered are discussed with our international faculty to address the main challenges surgeons can be confronted with. Attendees are welcome to actively take part to the course that should be as interactive as possible.

Hip SkillsLAB: Bone preservation solutions for primary THA

All attendees will join the lab on the second day. After a short briefing, surgeons will be split in small groups, allowing them to actively perform cases on anatomic specimen. Our faculty members will tutor 1 or 2 stations, assisting the case and providing tips and tricks when necessary.
