The Enovis Code of Conduct serves as both a guide to encourage ethical behavior and a framework to prevent misconduct. It embodies the core of Enovis companies’ values, policies, and expectations regarding professional conduct and business practices

MODEL 231
Based on these provisions, on the 3rd of June 2014, Limacorporate S.p.A. adopted, and subsequently updated, the Organization, Management and Control Model (the "Model"), a document which sets out the principles to be observed and the conduct required when working in or on behalf of the Company.
Due to the new crimes recently introduced in Legislative Decree 231/2001, the changes made to the best practices and the changes that have affected the internal organization during these years, on January 23, 2025, Limacorporate S.p.A. approved the update of its Model.
