CODE OF CONDUCT
Enovis requires all of its directors, officers and employees to observe high standards of integrity and honesty, and to act with care, diligence and fairness in all business activities. Interactions with all stakeholders and wider society should be conducted in an ethical and legal manner.

MODEL 231
Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 introduced into Italianlegal system the "Administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations including those without legal personality", imposing a regime primarily of criminal liability, applicable to companies committing any of the offences covered by the Decree.
Based on these provisions, on the 3rd of June 2014, Limacorporate S.p.A. adopted, and subsequently updated, the Organization, Management and Control Model (the "Model"), a document which sets out the principles to be observed and the conduct required when working in or on behalf of the Company.
Due to the new crimes recently introduced in Legislative Decree 231/2001, the changes made to the best practices and the changes that have affected the internal organization during these years, on January 23, 2025, Limacorporate S.p.A. approved the update of its Model.

This page is made available by Enovis to submit reports—that could be anonymous—regarding potential or actual workplace issues or illegal or unethical conduct by the company or an employee, independent contractor, vendor, or third-party representative of the company. including reports regardingconduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001 and any unlawful acts falling within the scope of European Union and national laws, as defined by Legislative Decree 24/2023.
In compliance with these regulations, the system ensures that the identity of the reporting party remains confidential through secure digital means.

La pubblicazione dei dati connessi ai trasferimenti di valore (su base individuale o in forma aggregata) viene effettuata annualmente con riferimento ai dati riguardanti l’anno solare precedente e tali informazioni rimangono pubbliche per un periodo di tre anni dalla data di pubblicazione.
