About this course
It’s a 2-days-long MedicalEducation event that takes place in Verona, Italy. Itwill focus on biomechanics and kinematics in primary TKR, patientselection and difficultcases. A good understanding of anatomy and pathologyis a prerequisite to take full benefit of thiscourse. Knee SkillsLAB: Advanced Course on Primary Total Knee Replacement
The first day of the course is dedicated to theoretical presentations and discussions on the knee biomechanics and kinematics in primary TKA. Specific sessions are scheduled to focus on patient selection and difficult cases. Surgical technique, practices and indications are discussed with the faculty in presentations and cases discussions.

Knee SkillsLABs: Advanced Course on Primary Total Knee Replacement
On the second day of the course, delegates are joining the practical sessions in the wet lab. The lab is run in small groups, allowing attendees to actively perform cases on anatomic specimen. Our faculty members will each tutor 1 or 2 stations, assisting cases and providing tips and tricks when necessary. Attendees are welcome to actively take part to the course that should be as interactive as possible.
