Prototype Operator

Main responsibilities:

• Reviewing construction drawings and proposing possible improvement solutions at the feasibility level of products in production and, if necessary, running CNC programs that do not require the use of CAM;
• Provide support in the management phase and test tools and/or new technological proposals;
• Reporting the production progress to the terminal, checking the quality of the parts;
• Set up the machine for production and perform simple dimensional checks;
• Load and unload parts on lathe or CNC machining centres;
• Communicate the need for plant/machine improvements to improve safety and product.

Education & Experience:

• Industrial Technical Diploma;
• Previous experience, even brief, in production departments in the mechanical sector.

The candidate should also have:

• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Knowledge of technical drawing;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Result orientation;
• Aptitude for continuous improvement;
• Accuracy and method;
• Knowledge of mechanical parts production techniques;
• Ability to work in a team.
