Packaging and Labeling Operator

For our production plant, we are looking for Packaging and Labeling Operator within the Cleanroom department. This role will provide support to the Clean Room, carrying out the labeling and final packaging of the implantable product, ensuring compliance with the operating instructions.

Main responsibilities:

• Carry out the box assembly and insert the instruction booklets into them;
• Based on the indications of the work cycle and the relevant operating instruction, print the labels required per work cycle and apply them to the implantable product and to the boxes;
• Declaration on the terminal of the production progress (good pieces/rejected pieces/reason for suspensions);
• Prompt reporting to the Manager of any problem related to parts or machinery;
• Carry out the heat shrink operation of the cases containing the implantable product, respecting the operating instructions;
• Ordinary maintenance of machines, workstation and warehouse from a "5S" perspective;
• Preparation of material and creation of delivery notes for subcontracting with external suppliers;
• Carry out electronic and paper archiving of completed ODLs;
• Monitor the stocks of packaging and consumable material necessary for the Clean and Gray room and when necessary take it to the dedicated area;
• Prepare the load of material in a suitable manner for sending to the chosen sterilization.

Requirements:

• Lower middle school diploma and/or secondary school diploma;
• A preliminary experience in packaging and labelling;
• Good use of the PC;
• Knowledge of the Office package;
• Precision, method and reliability;
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

Contractual terms: initial temporary contract (permanent contract to be evaluated afterwards)
