Additive Manufacturing Operator (3D Printing)

We are looking for a technical recent graduated, or with a brief working experience, to join our team that develops prosthetic devices and new generation additive processes, for our Research & Development Team in the Additive Manufacturing Area.
The candidate will work with 3D printing machines in a very innovative and technologically advanced context and will interact with the main technologies and additive manufacturing processes on the market. In this role, the candidate will interact with different Company functions, in particular with the Product Development, Prototype, Raw Materials Warehouse and Quality Assurance teams.

Main accountability:

•    Activity on the R&D 3D printing instruments with metal and polymeric materials.
•    Preparation of the instruments, preliminary and programmed maintenance and monitoring.
•    Relationship with the motherhouse technicians to resolve complex problems.
•    Prototype production for product development, semifinished products for research projects, test and semifinished products for process studies.
•    Intern R&D metrological laboratory activities.

Education & experience:
•    Technical industrial, electrical or aeronautical degree.
•    The candidate is interested in this field and is motivated in understanding the 3D printing instruments application, developing also maintenance skills through a specific training path.
•    A previous experience in the Additive Manufacturing area is a plus.

•    Precision and method.
•    Curiosity and desire to get challenged, learning new production processes and advanced maintenance techniques.
•    Good communication skills, ability to work individually and with a team.
•    Good knowledge of English.
•    Knowledge of the Office Suite and confidence in using the PC.
•    Experience in using laboratory instruments (such as light microscope) is a plus.


We offer a direct taking contract with training path.
The type of contract and the compensation will be evalued according to profile and experience of the candidate.
