The candidate will join the Customer Service Italy office to support the Italian subsidiary in the management of processes and activities related to customer management.
Specifically, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage with gradual autonomy the orders procedures
- Manage with gradual autonomy the reintegration and interventions’ fulfilment
- Ensure the correct management of the customers’ registry
- Monitor the materials expiry and the returns with agents and experts
- Ensure an excellent service level through needed actions
Requirements:
- High school diploma, accounting or similar
- good knowledge of Office package
