LimaCorporate develops new Gender Equality Policy
We’re happy to share that LimaCorporate has developed a Gender Equality Policy that will help our company create a working environment in which everyone is respected and valued, with due attention to their ideals, points of view, perspectives, and uniqueness.
The policy includes several concrete actions to promote inclusion such as dedicated training for all employees to eliminate Bias, a zero-tolerance policy for violence in the workplace, and concrete support for parenthood.
