Daniele Negrato appointed as New Member of the Italian Board of Directors
LimaCorporate has appointed Mr. Daniele Negrato as a Member of the Italian Board of Directors as of 17th October 2017. This appointment follows the previous announcements regarding the CFO transition and arrival of the Interim CFO. The original Board composition has been restored to the required number of three members.
