Enovis reaffirms commitment to gender equality with 2025 certification
At Enovis, we believe that a truly innovative workplace is one where equality and well-being form part of our daily operations. For the second year in a row, our surgical sites in Italy have received the UNI PdR 125:2022 Certification for Gender Equality!
But what exactly is the UNI PdR 125:2022? It is the Italian national standard that measures and certifies an organisation's ability to implement a robust gender equality management system. The certification evaluates six strategic pillars: Culture and Strategy, Governance, HR Processes, Growth Opportunities, Pay Equity and Parental Support.
This milestone reflects our ongoing dedication to fair compensation, equal growth opportunities and a healthy work-life balance. Guided by our Steering Committee, we continue to implement practical initiatives, ranging from telemedicine and psychological support to community solidarity, to ensure that Enovis remains a place where everyone can thrive.
