15 Years of MOSAIC: Defining the Future of Shoulder Arthroplasty

For over a decade, this course has been the gold standard in shoulder education. In 2026, we will return to Hannover for a landmark event: the 15^(th) anniversary edition of the Modular Shoulder Arthroplasty International Course (#MOSAIC15). Members of the global shoulder community are invited to be part of this enduring legacy on 16 and 17 April.

In less than one month, Hanover will become the epicentre of shoulder specialisation. Led by course chairman Dr. Agneskircher, Prof. Castagna and an esteemed international faculty, including Mr. Stephen Bale, Dr. Hamid Hosseini, Prof. Philip Kasten  and Mr. Amar Malhas, this comprehensive agenda is designed to meet the complex needs of today's specialists , from modular design to advanced surgical techniques.

The first day features multiple sessions focusing on the core pillars of shoulder arthroplasty. Presentations from our international faculty will alternate with dynamic discussions and Q&A sessions. This format is designed to encourage high-level interaction, enabling attendees to ask questions, share their unique clinical experiences and resolve complex surgical issues in real time.

On the second day, attendees will have the opportunity to observe live surgeries transmitted directly to the MO.S.A.I.C. venue. With faculty present in both the operating room (OR) and the meeting room, surgeons will be guided through specific procedures and approaches. They will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers live as the surgery unfolds.

Join us in Hannover and be part of the next 15 years of shoulder excellence. Whether you attend in person or join our global digital audience, this is your chance to redefine your clinical approach.
