March Recap: Bringing Innovation and Surgery Together Across the Globe

It's been a busy month for our international teams. From performing live surgeries in Poland to launching new products in Japan, we have been travelling the world to connect with the orthopaedic community and discuss what matters most: achieving better patient outcomes.

Here’s a quick look at where we were this month:

Opole, Poland: Live from the O.R.
We kicked off the month at the 18th Arthroscopic Workshops. This wasn't just a standard exhibition; it was hands-on. With live surgeries being broadcast from the Silesia Clinic, our team in Poland spent three days delving into arthroscopic techniques and shoulder arthroplasty alongside some of the region’s leading surgeons.

Athens, Greece: Shoulder Insights
Next stop: Athens. At the Athens Shoulder Course, we joined international specialists to discuss the latest developments in shoulder care. It was also a valuable opportunity to meet with our partner Osteocell and to present the strength of our shoulder portfolio in a high-level clinical setting. We were also proud to sponsor a cadaver lab, supporting hands-on training for surgeons.

Turin, Italy: Beyond the Implant
At the SIAGASCOT Annual Meeting in Turin, the Italian team adopted a different approach. Under the theme 'Beyond the Knee Implant', our colleagues hosted a workshop led by expert faculty. The goal? To look beyond the hardware and focus on the full continuum of care for knee patients.

Spain: Navigating Shoulder and Elbow Challenges
Our Spanish team attended the national Shoulder and Elbow Arthroplasty convention. It was a productive day spent learning from participants and exploring new ways to tackle the future of surgical care together.

Osaka, Japan: A major milestone
The JSRA Annual Meeting in Osaka was a significant event for our Japan team. We officially launched the PRIMA™ TT Glenoid in the Japanese market. In addition to the launch, we held some valuable discussions at the bedsides about the optimys™ and Physica systems and how they address complex anatomical challenges.

London, UK: Live at BHS 2026
We finished the month at the British Hip Society meeting in London. We discussed all things hip-related, from DAA solutions and the Optimys™ stem to how our ProMade patient-specific designs are helping surgeons push the boundaries of what is possible.

A sincere thank you to the experts and partners who visited our booths, and to all the colleagues who engaged with our teams to explore the latest in orthopaedic innovation. Our shared goal remains the same: improve patient outcomes worldwide. See you in April!
