Partnering with Surgeons Worldwide: Enovis Surgical’s Highlights from May 2026

May was an intense month for all the Enovis Surgical teams around the world!

From korea to South Africa and from Germany to the UK, our colleagues attended multiple congresses and engaged in insightful discussions with orthopaedic professionals.

We started the month in South Africa, where the team participated in the 27th Biennial SAAS Congress from 6 to 8 May, a meeting dedicated to hip and knee practitioners. During this event, the South African team presented Enovis’ solutions in a frame of continuum of care in surgical treatment, encouraging open dialogue and critical thinking in joint disease treatment.

We then moved to Germany, where the local team was busy on two important fronts on 7 and 8 May. The shoulder team participated in the DVSE Congress in Karlsruhe, the most important conference for the German-speaking orthopaedic community specialising in shoulder and elbow surgery. The Enovis Surgical Germany Team organised two Lunch Symposia side-events focused on critical topics about shoulder arthroplasty, from evidence-based concepts to modern systems offering new solutions for complex treatments, thanks to the distinguished faculty. Meanwhile, the hip team attended the AE Master Course on Revision Surgery in Hip Arthroplasty, where they organised a workshop focusing on the indications and technical challenges of individual pelvic component replacement.

In the APAC Region, the Korean team attended the ICKKS, the International Congress of Korean Knee Society where they showcased all our knee solutions. The team also participated in the ICKHS, the International Congress of Korean Hip Society where they showcased our hip portfolio

The UK team successfully participated in the Harrogate Partial Knee Meeting 2026, a two-day event focused on the latest advancements in unicompartmental and patellofemoral arthroplasty.

In Italy, our team took part in the XVIII SICSeG National Congress (May 14–16), which provided a valuable opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with Italian surgeons within an inspiring and dynamic environment. The Italian team welcomed numerous attendees both at the booth and during a dedicated lunch symposium, further enriching the local scientific dialogue.

In Switzerland, the team took part in the Schulthess Clinic Academy 2026 seminar in Zurich. Visitors had the opportunity to explore Enovis’ latest portfolio of shoulder surgical solutions, designed to deliver improved patient outcomes. Through interactive discussions, the team highlighted the clinical benefits of customized solutions tailored to individual patient needs.

Last but not least, the Enovis team traveled to Utrecht to participate in the NOV Congress, where the core focus was on our advancements in surgical arthroplasty and the OptiHip DAA solution.

We look forward to continuing these vital scientific dialogues. Join us at our next stops to meet our global team of experts and discover how, together with surgeons worldwide, we are redefining patient outcomes.
