MIFS The MIFS technique consists of two types of screws with partial or total thread combined with different types of Shannon (ø 2.2 mm and 3.0 mm) or wedge burrs (ø 2.9 mm and 4.3 mm). Additional instruments (Kirschner wires, drill bits, beaver blade and an irrigation set) are also available.
