DELTA Fins

The DELTA Fins Hemispherical cementless acetabular cup is manufactured in Titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) with double coating (PoroTi+HA).

The cup is designed to fit acetabular sockets and may feature surgically adequate morphologies. Special care is required in case of dysplasia and early revision cases. Equipped with equatorial vertical fins that penetrate the bone tissue, enhancing torsional stability and achieving optimal primary mechanical fixation, the Delta Fins cup has a 2 mm press-fit with respect to the last even acetabular reamer. This mechanical interference allows for an optimal 360° press-fit effect. Stronger fixation can be achieved through additional screw fixation using the 3 cranial holes with removable plugs available on the dome of the cup. The DELTA-FINS cup is available from 42 mm to 66 mm diameter with 2 mm increments between sizes, and can be coupled with BIOLOX^®delta ceramic liners, standard and protruded X-Lima and LimaVit liners, and dual mobility system satisfying all market requirements.
