About

The Physica system is a primary total knee system. It features different configurations: The Kinematic Retaining (KR), the Posterior Stabilized (PS), The Lima Medial Congruent (LMC) and the Cruciate Retaining (CR).

The Physica LMC has a medial congruent design of the liner and has been designed to allow a more natural movement than a standard cruciate retaining knee, due to enabling femoral rotation upon the tibia, stabilized by the medial conformity.

A multi-radius design with gradually reducing radius for femoral component (J-Curve), maintains the correct ligament balancing during the entire ROM.

The LMC liner is intended to be coupled with the CR femoral component.

Sizing and Options

LimaCorporate’s Physica system provides 10 femoral and tibial sizes for all four configurations. It is possible to match ±2 between the femoral component and the tibial insert. This means that our total knee system has five possible combinations
