RSP Glenoid
About
With RSP Glenoid, the AltiVate Reverse system remains based on a lateralised centre of rotation. With a total of seven glenosphere sizes, maximum COR compatibility is achieved by bringing it close to the anatomic COR.
The RSP monoblock design, with the central screw fixation philosophy, showed >90% survivorship at 10-year follow-up. [2,3] The compression screw provides stable fixation in bone loss settings with as little as 50% backside coverage, [4] while the P2TM Porous Coating in the backside aids in the apposition of bone for superior in-growth results.
