DELTA One TT
The DELTA One TT System matches the patented structure of TT Trabecular Titanium, with the modularity of the DELTA acetabular cup system. It provides efficient solutions for complex primary and/or revision treatment in case of acetabular cavitary and segmental bone deficiencies.
Suitable for primary and revision cases.
Smaller sizes are optimal for patients affected by DDH
Five superior screw holes support primary fixation
Avoids femoral neck impingement and allows biomechanical adjustments with DELTA spacer technology
About
DELTA One TT is created for difficult acetabular hip revisions with extensive bone loss.
The DELTA Cup restores the hip’s natural centre of rotation and stabilizes fixation of the new acetabular cup.
Primary stability is achieved thanks to press-fit, while secondary fixation is achieved thanks to the capability of TT Trabecular Titanium to stimulate bone ingrowth. LimaCorporate’s osteoconductive potential leads to osteointegration which is pivotal in hip revision surgeries where a greater bone loss is expected.
Modularity is provided by the TT hemispheric modules and DELTA Spacers. TT hemispheric modules can be screwed at different angles to fill bone deficiencies. A DELTA spacer can correct soft tissue balancing and cup coverage.
