Guidelines on Transparency in the Relationship between Corporate Activities and Medical Institutions, etc.
Enovis Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established these guidelines in accordance with the "Transparency Guidelines for Medical Devices and Other Institutions in the Medical Device Industry" set forth by the Japan Federation of Medical Devices Manufacturers Associations (JFMDA), in order to disclose information on the Company's track record of providing funds to medical institutions and other institutions in connection with its business activities.
